How To Make Cucumber Chips
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups cucumber, peeled and sliced thin
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp sea salt 
Instructions:
1. Whisk together the vinegar and salt in a bowl.
2. Add the sliced cucumbers and toss until coated.
3. Arrange slices on a wire rack (or dehydrator tray).
